Scrap paper Cards!!

Yesterday, was my official go through my scarps and make some cards well I was proud because with all three kids asleep I got to make a couple cards and start designing the cards for Operation Write Home party we are having this month!  I will post more on that event soon! So my friend from school is having her first baby this week I hope, so I needed to make her a card and finish up her gift, post more on that too!
So I used no Cricut cartridge to create this one, shocking I know! But, I have some baby boy paper left from my creative memories collection laying around so I used that to make this card, enjoy!

Buying the Cricut Cartridges!!!

Wow! I need to get on the ball with my blog, so first off these weekend I will be putting up my first video blog by Sunday, or I will give something away!!! But, I wanted to address a concern I have heard about for a while, the cost of cartridges!!
Yes! I have found some wonderful ways to help with these concern, First of all I have been doing Cricut Crops which is were I came up with my name Cricutkateers! These is an awesome thing to do, I have gotten to meet so many women and wonderful cricutkateers who have awesome ideas and even shortcuts, they teach me so much!!
I have also found a wonderful place here in San Antonio, that allows you to rent the cartridges for $5 a day and also if you bring in your own supplies and mat you can go their and cut out what you need. Wonderful scrapbooking store, check out the links below!
Finally, I have found two wonderful tools, EBAY!!! I have to tell you I was horrible at Ebay, I am a shopaholic, so I feel the need to buy to much sometimes and if I am bidding I tend to want to bid till I win. I have had to chose to place a bid put in my max and turn the computer off, or I will fight someone for my cartridges. But, I am happy to say that since I have stopped watching it all day, I have won some wonderful cartridges for less than $30 dollars!!!
So happy scrapping and enjoy your day!!! Check out my links below to some great sites to get inexpensive cartridges!!!

My Ergo Baby Carrier Review!

I have fallen in love again, with my new baby ergo organic carrier, this is the mother of all carriers in my opinion. This carrier is a life saver for me when it comes to my daily life, I am a mother of three children all under 5 so I am usually on my feet so being able to carrier my baby and still have two hands free is always good in my book. I also own the the Moby Wrap, I really like this one as well for when you have a newborn, my child was a ten pound baby so he kind of jumped over the new born weight stage. But, until he can support his head I used the moby wrap, this one is also handy to keep in your car since its cloth and you can roll it up and keep it behind your seat, or trunk.
I have attached the link to the sites for the moby wrap and ergo baby carrier.....check them out this is a great gift for a new mom...a must in my book!!!!
